Chue Wing & Company Limited (ABC Foods) is a leader in FMCG distribution in Mauritius and a major Division of the ABC Group of companies. ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic Internal Audit Officer to join our team and who shall report to the Internal Audit Manager
Key Duties
- Perform stock -related verifications and reconciliations.
- Reporting of variances, internal audit findings and trend analysis.
- Maintain relevant internal database of information for analysis.
- Assist internal audit officers in audit fieldwork.
- Plan and carry our risk -based audit assignment as per agreed scope, objectives and timing
- Make pratical and value- added recommendations
- Prepare audit reports upon completion of audit assignments
- Ensure all working papers are complete, accurate and correctly filed
- Follow up on the implementation status of recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of Audit and Risk Committee papers
Key competencies
- Excellent with excel and analytics.
- Good communication skills (oral and writing)
- Critical thinking
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting / Finance /IT/ Management.
- ACCA Level 2
- CIA Level 2
- 3 Years of audit experience will be an advantage
