JMU Ltd is recruiting an Insurance Sales Executive.

 

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting insurance products and services, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrate a basic understanding of insurance principles, classes of insurance, and insurance products. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and claim procedures to effectively advise clients.

 

Client Interaction: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain insurance products and address their needs. Provide advice on general and long-term insurance solutions, ensuring that clients fully understand their policy contracts.

 

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and oral French and English is essential for effective communication with clients. Additionally, proficiency in mathematical calculations is required for accurate premium calculations and policy analysis.

 

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients by addressing their queries, attending to their specific needs, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Handle client complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients. Conduct regular visits to existing clients to present new products/services and explore additional insurance coverage options.

 

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets on a monthly basis. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

Possess a valid driving license and at least an HSC qualification.

Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of successful work experience in an outdoor sales position within the insurance sector.
