To plan the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly assigned tasks based on the defined QMS process.
- To assist in preparing the specifications, comparative tables and evaluation reports for new business renewals.
- To follow-up on renewals.
- To be fully involved in the claims process and ensure claims are handled in a timely manner.
- To assist in the proper maintenance of documents.
- To answer and to follow up clients’ queries.
- To update the internal operations system.
- To perform any other cognitive duties that may be assigned as and when the need arises.
