This is an exciting opportunity to design and develop impactful training content for a diverse, global audience, driving our mission to empower learners and foster growth.
What you’ll get to do:
- Innovative Content Creation: Design and develop engaging learning materials, courses, microlearning, student guides, job aids, videos and hands-on activities.
- Collaborative Consultation: Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to craft training programs that address specific learning objectives.
- Strategic Development: Translate training needs into targeted learning objectives and select the optimal strategies to enhance the learner experience.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing and applying the latest trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
- Multimedia Integration: Create and incorporate supporting instructional materials such as audio, video, simulations, and games to enrich learning experiences.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Develop and implement both formal and informal evaluations to maximize knowledge retention, assess learning, and measure course effectiveness.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of top-notch course content.
- Database Maintenance: Build and maintain training databases for hands-on activities and case studies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues on initiatives that support corporate goals.
Skills and Experience we Value:
- Experience: Formal training in instructional design or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in documenting or developing training for technical software applications, and proficiency with content development tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360, Camtasia and Vyond. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint and/or LEAi, a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking abilities to transform source content into engaging, learner-centered training. Innate desire to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively.
- Self-Learning: Ability to research and quickly master new concepts independently.
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of at least one HCM industry (workforce management, payroll, benefits, talent management) is a plus.
- General office setting and/or the option to work from home.
- May require occasional work outside of normal business hours to accommodate a global workforce.
