We are currently looking for a motivated and curious IT Trainee to join our IT team for a 6-month training and support role. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, software installation, and basic networking.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, mobile devices)
Assist in the installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, Android) and software applications
Support daily IT operations, including troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connections
Maintain and update IT asset inventory
Perform basic hardware diagnostics and coordinate repairs when necessary
Support the IT team in telecom and VoIP-related tasks
Follow IT procedures and document interventions (tickets, logs)
Basic understanding of IT systems (hardware, software, operating systems)
Familiarity with Windows (7/10/11) and Android environments
Interest or basic knowledge in networking and telecom (IP, routers, Wi-Fi)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Proactive and willing to learn new technologies
Ongoing or completed studies in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
