Responsiblities:
- Taking ownership of customer issues via TeamViewer and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration
- Assist client on site or by phone to resolves their software problems.
- Provide answers to client by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
Skills:
1. HSC /professional Certificate
2. Knowledge in Windows/troubleshooting/Networking
