Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and technically capable IT Technical Support Officer to support the Company’s technology infrastructure and end users in a regulated CFD brokerage environment.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support, maintain system availability and security, and assist in supporting cloud infrastructure and trading-related systems. A strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, AWS, and exposure to trading platforms is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues
  • Support and maintain Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory)
  • Assist with administration and monitoring of AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Support user access controls, permissions, and security policies
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Support business-critical systems, including CRM and internal applications
  • Assist with monitoring and basic support of trading platforms and related systems
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support logs
  • Escalate complex issues to third-party vendors or senior technical teams where required
  • Ensure IT processes comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of staff, including system access provisioning

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years’ experience in an IT support or technical support role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office 365, Microsoft Entra and Intune
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Experience supporting cloud-based systems; AWS knowledge preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments
  • Exposure to trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5, cTrader, or similar)
  • Familiarity with identity and access management best practices
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and SLAs
  • Basic scripting or automation skills
