Future Tech is a newly established company providing outsourcing facilities to our already established overseas-based clients specialising in the provision of financial services.
The IT Support Officer is responsible for the overall IT operations and provides day-to-day support to operational staffs.
The candidate will ensure that the organisation’s systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and that downtime is maintained to a strict minimum.
Duties
· Provide day-to-day support to staff with all IT-related matters
· Install, Maintain and Update Software and Hardware
· Analyse, Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues related to systems
· Ensure incidents and outages are resolved in a timely manner.
· Perform RCA, document incident reports and implement preventative measures.
· Configure, maintain and update network equipment’s (switches, routers, firewall)
· Manage and Administer the network and resolve network issues
· Liaising with external service and equipment providers for all IT-related matters
· Manage the company’s IT assets
Requirements
· Degree in IT or equivalent
· 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a call centre environment
· Experience in Network administration
· Knowledge of G Suite
· Good interpersonal and Communication skills
· Good Analytical and Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work under pressure
