IT Support Engineer

A dedicated engineer to manage and maintain facilities and services. To manage and maintain the company’s IT network and infrastructure. Able to work and resolve problems without supervision. Supporting a geographical dispersed workforce.

Requirements for the post:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Team, Planner etc.);
• Strong background in IT and Network support (Link (LAN / WAN) Management
• Experience with IP Telephony / IP-PBX (VoIP, Unified Communications)
• Working understanding of Cloud Services (MS Azure, AWS, OpenStack)
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix
• CompTIA A+ Hardware Software certification
• CompTIA N+ certification
• Cisco and Microsoft certification would be an added advantage
• Familiar with working on Visio and network diagrams

2 to 3 years’ experience

• Duties also include:
• Managing IT operations, work collaboratively with the engineering and vendor support teams to deploy and operate the company systems.
• Oversee existing and new requirement on the IT & Network infrastructure
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees to resolve the chronic faults, cross vendors and platforms.
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
• Help automate and streamline the operations and processes.
• Monitor and optimize the usage of various IT services.
• Willingness to explore and learn new technologies and continuously improve the tools and processes.
