A dedicated engineer to manage and maintain facilities and services. To manage and maintain the company’s IT network and infrastructure. Able to work and resolve problems without supervision. Supporting a geographical dispersed workforce.
Requirements for the post:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Team, Planner etc.);
- Strong background in IT and Network support (Link (LAN / WAN) Management
- Experience with IP Telephony / IP-PBX (VoIP, Unified Communications)
- Working understanding of Cloud Services (MS Azure, AWS, OpenStack)
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix
- CompTIA A+ Hardware Software certification
- CompTIA N+ certification
- Cisco and Microsoft certification would be an added advantage
- Familiar with working on Visio and network diagrams
2 to 3 years’ experience
- Duties also include:
- Managing IT operations, work collaboratively with the engineering and vendor support teams to deploy and operate the company systems.
- Oversee existing and new requirement on the IT & Network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees to resolve the chronic faults, cross vendors and platforms.
- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
- Help automate and streamline the operations and processes.
- Monitor and optimize the usage of various IT services.
- Willingness to explore and learn new technologies and continuously improve the tools and processes.
