IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN M/F

As an IT Support Technician you will be dedicated to the good running of our internal IT systems and will be providing technical support to end users through effective troubleshooting and resolution of issues.

Subsidiary of Infomil France, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our support services to ensure the quality of our IT services provided to the onshore/offshore teams.

As an IT Support Technician you will be dedicated to the good running of our internal IT systems and will be providing technical support to end users through effective troubleshooting and resolution of issues.

PROFILE

• Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of hardware, systems and networking: Windows, Active Directory, ToIP, DHCP, DNS…
• Experience in the diagnosis and resolution of desktop and network related issues
• Proactive and organised
• Service driven
• Fluent in French
