Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Apply knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies to streamline project execution and enhance collaboration.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the loyalty platform, including system monitoring and performance management.
- Identify and address technical issues in collaboration with the development and support teams.
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Oversee the operation of IT systems, including APIs, integrations, and databases.
- Oversee the management of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Manage domain names, DNS, and SSL certificates to ensure secure and reliable operations.
- Coordinate and delegate operational tasks to IT and support teams effectively.\
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance productivity and resolve challenges.
Job requirements:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in IT operations, software development, or related areas.
- Proficiency in database systems (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and API integrations.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
