IT Project and Operations Lead

Winners is looking for a dynamic Candidate to join it's team!

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Apply knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies to streamline project execution and enhance collaboration.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the loyalty platform, including system monitoring and performance management.
• Identify and address technical issues in collaboration with the development and support teams.
• Act as the escalation point for technical issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Oversee the operation of IT systems, including APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Oversee the management of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Manage domain names, DNS, and SSL certificates to ensure secure and reliable operations.
• Coordinate and delegate operational tasks to IT and support teams effectively.\
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance productivity and resolve challenges.

Job requirements:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT operations, software development, or related areas.
• Proficiency in database systems (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and API integrations.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
