We are looking for an IT Manager to lead our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure (systems, networks, hardware, software).

• Ensure system security, performance, and data protection compliance

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, audits, and incident response

• Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a high-performance culture

• Plan and deliver IT projects within established timelines and cost

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals

• Oversee technical support and helpdesk services

• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology investments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 5 years’ experience in IT management

• Strong expertise in infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity

• Proven leadership and project management skills

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of data protection regulations and industry standards
