IT Business Consultant

Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for an IT Business Consultant.

MAIN FUNCTION:

To provide support for application software used within the group with emphasis on Incadea & Navision softwares.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide ERP support for all companies within the group
- Keep up to date documentation
- Test, Configure and implement patches and new versions
- Prepare change requests
- Communicate status of requests to users regularly
- Review all Help tickets related to ERP applications and resolves issues
- Maintain a knowledge base of incidents and resolutions
- Liaise with vendors for all subjects relating to applications

REQUIRED PROFILE:

- Degree Holder in IT
- At least 2 years' experience with ERP systems
- Project management experience
- Dynamics NAV certification & experience

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Fluent in both English and French
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Some accounting background
