IT Analyst - System And Application Support

Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius is looking for an IT Analyst - System And Application Support to consolidate its IT team!

Key Responsibilities

• Systems support (Backoffice/ERP system, Ecommerce, Dot Activ and any other systems as defined by the IT Manager)
• System application governance
• Provide and improve business processes through the application life cycle with the support of the IT Manager
• Analyse business processes and requirements related to ERP to enhance operational efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
• Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations
• Resolve application system related incidents
• Advice and provide training needs to end users for systems application
• Responsible for Request for change and Releases 

Other Requisites

• BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology or proven experience and similar ability
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar job
• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
