QBL is looking for an IT Analyst who will be responsible for providing functional and analytical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other core systems, ensuring smooth system operation, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Central & Systems Support

  1. Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including issue resolution, user guidance, and process optimization.
  2. Assist in configuring and maintaining functional setups within Business Central to support evolving business needs.
  3. Contribute to the design of efficient IT systems and workflows aligned with operational requirements.
  4. Participate in the testing, deployment, and enhancement of Business Central modules and processes.
  5. Provide technical and user support for Business Central and other business applications in use across the organization.
  6. Coordinate and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Business Central and other systems, ensuring execution, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  1. Develop complex Business Intelligence (BI) reports tailored to business requirements.
  2. Analyse and interpret large, complex data sets using statistical and analytical methods.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to present insights clearly and effectively.
  4. Work closely with management to prioritise business and information needs and identify opportunities for automation or process optimization.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  1. Act as a key intermediary between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication, requirement clarity, and timely issue resolution.
  2. Understand the functionality and data flow of third party-managed eCommerce platforms, identify potential issues, and coordinate resolution with appropriate parties.
  3. Monitor vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate performance issues where necessary.

Training, Support & Team Collaboration

  1. Provide technical advice, user support, and conduct functional training sessions for users across departments.
  2. Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff, supporting knowledge transfer and professional development.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and end-users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.

Documentation, Compliance & Governance

  1. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, test plans, user guides, and process flows.
  2. Provide timely and accurate information to internal and external auditors, ensuring adherence to audit and compliance requirements.
  3. Ensure all systems and processes are compliant with data protection regulations and internal IT policies.
  4. Participate in change management efforts by clearly communicating updates, impacts, and timelines to users and stakeholders.

Project Participation & Continuous Improvement

  1. Support project planning activities, including tracking timelines, resources, and milestones.
  2. Identify and define new process improvement opportunities based on user feedback and data trends.
  3. Maintain an understanding of how systems integrate and exchange data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  4. Stay updated on emerging technologies and ERP trends, particularly those relevant to Business Central and business system enhancements.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT analysis, ERP systems (preferably Business Central/Navision), and data reporting
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports them
  • Experience working with stakeholders and vendors across multiple departments within FMCG environment
  • Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization best practices
  • Knowledge of compliance, audit, and data protection principles
  • Microsoft Certification in Power BI, Business Central, Power Automate is a plus
