Embark on an exciting opportunity as an IT Administrator within our vibrant IT team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing, securing, and optimizing our information technology infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

System and Network Administration:

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and upkeep of servers, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Implement and optimize network protocols to ensure seamless connectivity.

Security Management:

  • Administer security protocols, including access controls, antivirus solutions, and data security.
  • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement corrective measures.
  • Leverage your expertise to enhance the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

CCTV Camera Systems:

  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV camera systems.
  • Ensure the security and functionality of CCTV infrastructure for monitoring and incident response.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate CCTV systems into broader security measures.

User Support:

  • Provide responsive and timely technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver training sessions and create documentation on IT and security best practices.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

  • Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
  • Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime during system failures.

Project Coordination

  • Lead and execute projects related to ERP implementation, captive portal platforms, and access control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting timelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator with expertise in network administration and security.
  • Proficient knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), server technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Netsuite is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, security measures, and CCTV camera technologies.
  • CCNA certification is a significant advantage.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent, are beneficial.
