INVOICING CLERK

Key Responsibilities

• Updating client details, follow up of Know Your Customers (KYC) and due diligence applications forms.
• Ensuring that customer information details are kept up to date
• Creating and sending corporate invoices to customers
• Checking the data input to ensure that the accuracy of the final bill , quantity, unit price or discount applicable
• Liaising with the Logistics and Production departments & ensuring that products are dispatched on time.
• Handling customer queries calmly
• To perform any other cognate duties relating to Invoicing Clerk , provide administrative support to Management, other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Higher  School Certificate

•  Proficient in MS Office ( Words & Excel) and working knowledge of  an ERP

•  At least 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar environment , fast moving consumer goods will be advantageous. Experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting will be preferred.

•  Fluent in English and French both written and oral, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high –pressure, high-urgency sales environment, meet deadlines.
