As an indoor sales coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling administrative tasks, and managing inventory. You will play a key role in increasing our sales volume, revenue, and profit by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
He/She will have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare costings, quotations, tenders and orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best price.
- Follow up of order with suppliers.
- Follow up of quotation with customers.
- Schedule and coordinate delivery and installation of equipment after consultation with the After Sales Department and warehouse.
- Provide administrative tasks & support.
- Ensure proper management of the stock of the department.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure follow up of orders.
- Prepare, submit, and follow all applications to the local authorities.
- Prepare and participate actively in meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Higher School Certificate holder or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales/back office.
- Be customer-oriented, proactive, dynamic, result oriented and good or good
organization skills.
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines in a fast paced
environment.
- I.T proficient (knowledge of SAGE or any ERP would be an advantage).
