Being at the heartbeat of our people culture, the Human Resources Officer will play a key role in strengthening our workplace culture, driving impactful wellness initiatives, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our HR team.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who is equally comfortable designing people‑centric initiatives and rolling up their sleeves to support HR operations.
In this role, you will contribute across three core pillars:
Employee Well‑Being & Engagement
- Design, coordinate, and continuously enhance employee wellness and well‑being initiatives (physical, mental, emotional, and social).
- Actively support and energise the Welfare / Well‑Being Committee, working with internal champions and external partners.
- Organise wellness activities, awareness campaigns, workshops, and engagement events that employees genuinely look forward to.
- Gather feedback, track participation, and assess the impact of initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Culture & Values Reinforcement
- Support initiatives that bring our values to life across the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with the Internal Communication Specialist to contribute to internal campaigns that promote belonging, engagement, and a positive employee experience.
- Assist in recognition and appreciation initiatives that reinforce desired behaviours and strengthen team spirit.
- Act as a culture ambassador, fostering trust, inclusion, and collaboration.
HR Operations Support
- Provide hands‑on support to the HR Operations team across key processes such as onboarding training, employee administration, HR reporting, and coordination of HR activities.
- Assist with HR projects, audits, and compliance‑related initiatives as required.
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to the smooth running of daily HR operations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a higher Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years’ experience in HR, with exposure to employee engagement, well‑being, culture initiatives, or HR operations.
- A genuine passion for people, wellness, and workplace culture.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you connect easily with people at all levels.
- A proactive, creative, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
