Promote a professional and positive image to all of our internal guests and contribute to the hotels targets by providing and coordinating a rapid response to relevant employee requests, inquiries, needs and general staff welfare.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that HR software, employee files and leaves report are updated.
- Update daily manning guide.
- Conduct all return to work and exit interviews.
- Conduct interviews of applicants.
- Fill in all related forms for new recruits – Interview and Requisition Form.
- Prepare contract of new comers.
- Prepare Payroll Documents – New Comers, Leavers.
- Draft memos, warning letters and testimonials
- Collect rosters before the start of the payroll calendar and ensure that they abide the local laws.
- Send roster for early & overnight shift to transport contractor.
- Inspect staff lockers everyday and make a report to Asst HRM on same.
- Monitoring of lockers, uniforms and grooming
- Monitoring and update of daily transport.
- Report all matters affecting welfare of staff as well as the ones which might affect the smooth running of the hotel.
- Forward to all departments the Probation and One to One List and ensure that they are returned to the HR Department on time.
