Overview
A dynamic and growing industrial organization is seeking an HR Associate to support its on-site operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This role is suited to a hands-on HR professional with solid experience in industrial environments, capable of managing core HR functions while adapting to an international and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, contracts, and employee records
- Assist in recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
- Manage employee relations and provide support on HR-related queries
- Contribute to performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Assist with training and development initiatives on site
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience within an industrial or similar operational environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and demanding environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
