As an integral part of our HR team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing human resource strategies that align with our organizational goals. With your Bachelor’s degree (Licence Bac +3), you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implementing initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
• Providing support to management in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and creativity in finding solutions to HR challenges.
