Human Resource Officer

Friedelsheim Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and committed HR Officer to join its team. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to handle various HR functions with attention to detail and professionalism.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes for all employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts, induction documentation, and maintain accurate personnel files.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and workforce structure.
  • Policy implementation and internal communications.
  • Change management support (restructuring, role changes, workforce adjustments).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training requirements
  • Handle employee relations matters, address workplace conflicts, and support disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and support management with HR data.
  • Oversee the medical insurance process, including enrolment and claims.
  • Fleet Management: Manage allocation, tracking, maintenance, compliance, costs, and incident reporting for all company vehicles.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all office-related maintenance and facility issues.
  • Identify and report workplace safety risks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to deal with both office-based and field employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Payroll software (Sicorax).
