Fleet Pro Services Ltd is looking for a Human Resources Executive for providing an effective and efficient human resource service.

 

Fleet Pro Services Ltd is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support the effective delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, strengthening people processes, and supporting management in building a high-performing and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks).
  2. Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
  3. Maintain accurate recruitment and manpower tracking reports.
  4. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, HR files, and HR systems.
  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
  6. Prepare HR letters (confirmation, promotion, disciplinary, termination, etc.).
  7. Support the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
  8. Track probation reviews, appraisals, confirmations, and contract renewals.
  9. Assist in disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policy.
  10. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions).
  11. Ensure accurate leave management and reporting.
  12. Liaise with Finance for payroll and statutory submissions where required.
  13. Coordinate training programs and track learning & development initiatives.
  14. Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  15. Assist in HR surveys, feedback analysis, and action tracking.
  16. Prepare HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment).
  17. Identify process gaps and propose improvements to HR policies and procedures.
  18. Support HR projects aligned with organizational strategy.



Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in an HR Officer or HR Generalist role.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in payroll coordination and HR administration is an advantage.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS exposure is an asset.
