Rogers Capital is searching for a dynamic and resourceful Human Resource Business Partner to join the Team! The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business to deliver its strategy.

- Own all human resources aspects and ensure they are aligned with business goal.
- Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Drive performance management cycle, recruitment process, engagement strategies, training & development.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Report to management and provide decision / action supported by HR metrics.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Input, verify and confirm monthly payroll.
- Lead and implement yearly staff cost budgeting exercise and HR strategical plan.
- Design & deliver soft skills training where required.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions at group level.
Your profile:
- Minimum BSc in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as Senior HR generalist.
- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
- Current, in-depth knowledge of Labour Law and applicable legislations.
- Hands on experience in every step of employee life cycle.
- A previous experience in global or banking sector would be an advantage.
- Curious, eager to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
