Textile Factory is currently looking to hire a HR Assistant ( Recruitment and Selection & PPM Management) to reinforce the current HR team.
Recruitment:
- To assist the Assistant HR Manager in the preparation of detailed job descriptions for all existing positions
- Assist in the preparation of job advertisements
- To organise interviews
- Assist Head of Departments or supervisors in screening, selecting and recruiting candidates
People Performance Management:
- Assist the Assistant HR Manager in developing or updating job objectives
- Provide administrative support during yearly performance appraisal.
Welfare:
- Assist in the preparation of welfare activities
Skills:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft products especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in teams and diverse employee groups
- Cross –cultural sensitivity with a flexible style to approach various audiences.
- Ability to work in close association with all levels of employees while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Sound knowledge of Mauritian employment Legislation
Experience and Qualification:
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management/Management
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in the same capacity preferably in textile field
