Human Capital Executive

The Human Capital Executive will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support in line with the business goals, while ensuring alignment to the Human Capital Group strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of the Human Capital Strategies and initiatives aligned with the growth & business transformation strategy.
  • Drive the Human Capital function to cultivate an environment focused on performance and continuous improvement to ensure operational effectiveness and an enhanced employee experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute talent management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and other workplace matters.
  • Analyse trends and present Human Capital metrics to measure initiative effectiveness.
  • Make use of performance management tools to ensure that employees and teams are on track to reach individual and departmental goals.
  • Contribute to the implementation of learning and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking company needs, employee development plans and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including management/leadership development and talent review.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws in Mauritius.
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in IT and MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Valid driving license.
