Job Description

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to join our dynamic team and help optimize our marketing, sales, and customer service processes through the HubSpot platform. As a key player in our CRM and marketing automation strategy, you will implement, customize, and manage HubSpot tools to enhance customer engagement, streamline workflows, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and optimize HubSpot CRM modules including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand their processes and translate them into effective HubSpot workflows and automations.

  • Develop and manage inbound marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and customer lifecycle workflows to maximize lead conversion and retention.

  • Analyze customer data to define segmentation, lead scoring, and performance metrics.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users to ensure effective adoption of HubSpot tools.

  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party systems (via APIs or native connectors) to ensure seamless data flow and unified reporting.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign performance.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth through enhanced use of HubSpot features.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven advanced knowledge of HubSpot platform (Sales, Marketing, Service Hubs) with hands-on experience in implementation and optimization.

  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and inbound marketing principles.

  • Experience in managing campaigns, workflows, and lead management processes.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and training skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Autonomy, proactivity, and leadership in managing projects and client relationships.

  • Fluency in French and intermediate proficiency in English (oral and written).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.

  • Experience in agency environments or B2B sectors is an asset.

Preferred Skills & Assets

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and integration tools like Zapier.

  • Experience with other CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).

  • Familiarity with manufacturing or IT sectors.

  • Training and coaching experience.
