The candidate shall be responsible for the planning of interventions and coordination with the customer, sales, store and accounts departments. He/She shall also be responsible for updating the Customer Data Base (CDB) comprising customer, equipment and intervention details on the system.
Duties:-
1.Ensures excellent human relations with customers by:
- greeting them by contact or phone
- answering to queries, giving quotations, obtaining required data
- giving proposals on various machines or products available
- investigating and handling customer’s complaints
- solving problems as quickly as possible and give feedback to superior.
2.Builds and maintains strong communication links with clients.
3.Provides customer information on a regular basis for updating the customer database
4.Ensures the delivery of products at clients’ place upon request.
5.Ensures Customer Database is updated:
- Contact details of customers and nature of operation.
- Make and model and serial no. of the equipment.
- Machine history (as from date of purchase).
- Service parts and lubricants requirements references.
- Warranty period.
6.Ensures that quotations are prepared for clients based on survey form received by Technical Officers.
7. Performs quotation and follow-up and input them on the system for access to all the staff in the department
8. Follows up on complaints from clients, third parties and employees until the concerned party iscompletely satisfaction.
9.Ensures the planning of interventions in order of priority together with the Technical Officer.
10. Ensures Coordination of interventions with the Technical Officer, Sales, Store, Spare Parts and Accounts departments on a regular basis
11.Ensures appropriate copies of invoice to clients and accounting department.
