Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and ensure our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are met
• Train and support housekeeping team members
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g. front office, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• NC3 or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as housekeeping supervisor
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure
• Good time management and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
