Manage and control all areas of housekeeping, including laundry, guest rooms, public area and parts of the back of house and studios
1. Coordinate & Supervise activities in the Housekeeping department.
2. Ensure team member projects a warm , professional and welcome image.
3. Handle and monitor guests complaints.
4. Ensure Guest's satisfaction at all times.
5. Monitor and control inventories of work equipment.
6. Ensure respective team members are operating as per S&H regulations and policies.
7. Ensure respective team members are operation as per Quality Management System.
8. Prepare housekeeping report and submit to FO department.
9. Manage rosters.
10. Carry out daily briefing.
11. Manage and control areas of housekeeping , including laundry , guest rooms , public area, and parts of the back of house and studios.
