Your main responsibilities will be to plan, manage and control sale of products in HoReCa sales channels with the aim to increase sales volumes and net sales.
You are the star we are looking for, if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Economics, Business Management or relevant area);
- At least 3 years’ experience in a management position what has been related to sales (sales manager, trade manager, commercial manager, business development manager, etc.);
- At least 3 years’ experience in an HoReCa sector;
- Experience in business development, building relationships with clients, and attracting new clients;
- Experience with market and competitor analysis;
- Experience with trade marketing activities and understanding of sales strategies and planning;
- Team management, high strategically and planning skills;
- Courage and desire to regularly achieve victories;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Your job description
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication and pricing accuracy.
- Utilize key selling processes, including direct and preselling techniques.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Ensure customers are complying with contract requirements, ensure communication and alignment of initiatives.
- Work closely with the selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy.
- Coach, lead and motivate the sales team on selling and display execution, merchandising standards and ensure accurate and timely orders are submitted.
