Health and Safety Officer

Drive a proactive safety culture, prevent workplace incidents, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations across factory operations.

We are looking for a proactive Health & Safety Officer to drive workplace safety, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce accidents, and build a strong safety culture in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Health & Safety standards across all departments

• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective actions

• Perform regular shop-floor safety inspections and audits

• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; implement preventive measures

• Enforce PPE, machine safety, and safe work practices

• Deliver safety training, inductions, and awareness programs

• Maintain HSE documentation and support ISO and regulatory audits

• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and first aid systems

Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

• Manufacturing/textile experience is an advantage

• Strong communication, training, and reporting skills

• Proactive, hands-on, and shop-floor oriented
