We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Health Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and business partners, ensuring a positive customer journey.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for brokers and accounts, ensuring a positive customer journey for our Business Partners.
  • Attend to queries and provide adequate solutions within the defined timeframe.
  • Work on quotation request from partners and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the actuarial team to finalize renewal terms.
  • Provide monthly reporting on performance of health business.
  • Conduct presentation sessions to corporate clients.

 Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Insurance will be an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the medical insurance field.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Organised and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
