* To supervise and handle guests check-in and follow them during their stay to optimize positive feedback, in particular regular guests and special recommendations.
- Possessing strong written and oral communication skills in English and French. A third language would be an advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Having an outgoing and pleasant personality with impeccable appearance and manners;
- Good organisational ability;
- Courteous, cheerful and observant; able to work in a team.
- Highly professional in approach, behaviour, performance and possessing the right personal attitude and commercial feel to optimise guests’ satisfactions;
- Stamina and ability to work under pressure and long hours.
