Handyman (ENL Property Limited)

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of our building and premises. The handyman will keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.

 Job duties:

• To perform basic maintenance of buildings, premises, installation and equipments that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position will constitute an advantage.

• Proactive, Reliable and Customer Service oriented.

• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing.

• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.

• Attention to detail.

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
