Le Warehouse Ltd 361 is looking for an HVAC Engineer responsible for the design, installation, and upkeep of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical guidance to clients.
  • Develop testing procedures and control systems for precise evaluation of products and detection of areas requiring adjustments and further testing.
  • Ensure timely handling of customer requests and responsive interventions.
  • Monitor progress on quotation approvals and Purchase Order receipt from clients.
  • Intervene on HVAC system and equipment design for various projects, engaging with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed for design adjustments.
  • Evaluate HVAC systems and equipment to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions, and propose solutions to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
  • Engage and understand project objectives, design requirements, and operational settings to determine cost, feasibility, and implementation plans for new HVAC equipment.
  • Assist in the Testing and Commissioning of HVAC equipment, including VRF systems.

Job skills and requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Very familiar with VRF air conditioning equipment.
  • Experience in Refrigeration sector would be a must.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical background.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Other prerequisites:

  • Excellent customer service and good interpersonal skills in building and maintaining rapport with internal clients.
  • A good team player, with the ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership skills to manage the team.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, assign, coordinate and direct the work of Technicians/ the team.
  • Humble, Trustworthy, reliable with a positive attitude.
  • Rigorous with an eye for details to deliver consistently quality service.
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Adherence to the professional code of ethics.
