HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Seeking a passionate HR Manager for our resort in Le Morne, Mauritius.

You will report to the Regional HR Director, who is based overseas, and fully in charge of HR Department of the resort, you will play a critical role in the organization, working closely with General Manager and Regional Directors of HR and Operations.

You will be entrusted with all HR functions:

• Leading and supervising the recruitment, onboarding and induction processes. Develop and control the staffing plan.
• Lead monthly payroll processes. Sycorax
• Supervise HR Administration. Ensure the legal compliance.
• Monitor proper and timely application of work permits for expatriates.
• Reporting to HQ. Play a role model in the organization.
• Directly in charge to deal with all industrial relations matters.
• Manage, supervise and empower your HR team. Control HR Budget

Experience and Skills

• Wide knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
• Strong expertise managing payroll processes, experience in Sycorax preferred.
• Competent in computer skills (Mainly Microsoft Office)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Major university degree in HR management and experience in hotel industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactivity
