Perform human resource duties and ensure a smooth-running culture of the organization by implying metrics and good practices
· Assist monitoring and workings of attendance of workers in Sicorax Payroll.
· Listen to queries of employees related to salaries and other issues cognate to the workplace and discuss with PRO and HRM.
· Assist Renewal of medical insurance for all employees of the Company.
· Application of G1 and G3 on HRDC.
· Follow up on application of HRDC regarding training.
· Application and follow up of MQA approval.
· Assist in training conducted by internal or external trainer.
· Attend employees’ queries and to present in front of Management when needed.
· Prepare and conduct assessment of employees after 3, 6 and 12 months for performance / evaluation and confirmation purpose in assistance of HRM.
· Preparation and follow up of temporary / permanent contract of employment.
· Ensure proper filing of all employee documentations and payroll documentation under Manufacturing Division
· Work out revision of salary and prepare analysis of salary increment on a yearly basis in January of each year and to present Management for approval.
· Attend Safety and Health meeting to represent the Administration and to follow up on pertaining issues arising.
· Advertise vacancy on My.Job.mu, shortlist candidates and conduct interviews.

· Follow up any delegated task assigned with HRM.
FMinimum 1 year of experience in related field.
