MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Follow up on all main HSEQ KPIs (TRIR, Reporting Index, driving statistics) • Implement strategies to improve the safety culture across the organisation • Ensure proper investigation, analysis and follow up of all HSEQ events • Coordinate all Safety Management Systems
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow up on all main HSEQ KPIs (TRIR, Reporting Index, driving statistics)
• Implement strategies to improve the safety culture across the organisation
• Ensure proper investigation, analysis and follow up of all HSEQ events
• Coordinate all Safety Management Systems and ensure their implementation
• Coordinate the monthly HSEQ Committee and follow up on action plans
• Take part in and organise internal and external HSEQ audits
• Adapt Group HSEQ policies & procedures to the local context and ensure their enforcement within the organisation and with our stakeholders
• Plan, set up and organise with respective departments regular drills and crisis management cells
• Provide support in the setting up of the annual HSEQ training plan of the company together with the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs department
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar HSEQ role
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English and French
• Valid Driving License
