Are you passionate about people, organisation, and making things run smoothly? Reporting to the HR Executive, you will play a key role in shaping employee experience while ensuring efficient HR and administrative processes.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

Human Resources Duties:
1. Prepare and issue HR correspondence, including employment contracts, disciplinary letters, and other related documentation
2. Coordinate and support employee onboarding processes
3. Compile, monitor, and maintain accurate employee attendance records
4. Administer expatriate-related documentation and processes
5. Liaise with the Labour Office on HR matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
6. Source and evaluate quotations for training programmes and team-building initiatives
7. Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
8. Manage training-related communications and maintain proper documentation
9. Organise welfare meetings and employee engagement initiatives
10. Assist in the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures
11. Support payroll administration, including the preparation of Excel-based paysheets, payslips, and payroll structures

Administrative Duties:
12. Maintain and update inventory records, including administrative assets and IT equipment
13. Oversee the procurement of office supplies, PPE, water, and hygiene products
14. Prepare quotations and assist in the procurement process for PPE and other equipment

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Degree holder in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of payroll is a plus

A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
