Archemics Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Talent Assistant to support our Human Resources operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll administration by ensuring timely collection and verification of payroll inputs.
- Support recruitment process including CV screening, interview coordination, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Coordinate training and development activities, register trainings via HRDC platform and update the learning and development tracking sheet.
- Prepare correspondences for HR Dept
- Assist the HR team for the management of Performance Appraisal exercise.
- Manage the uniform organisation and distribution.
- Monitor employee attendance using HR systems and ensure accuracy of records.
- Administer employee medical insurance schemes, including claims and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and filing systems.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR metrics.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- · Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
- · Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR support role.
- · Excellent knowledge of Mauritian Labour Laws.
- · Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
- · Knowledge of HR systems Sicorax HR and AG Vipertex would be an advantage.
