What You’ll Do
• Ensure full compliance with the Workers’ Rights Act and all HR‑related legislation.
• Lead and maintain fair, transparent, and structured job evaluation systems.
• Redesign and optimise HR and organisational processes to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on complex HR matters.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 7 years’ experience at middle‑management level in HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (mandatory).
• Strong mastery of Mauritian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Proven experience with job evaluation methodologies.
• Skills in change management and business process reengineering.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to engage, advise, and influence stakeholders across all levels.
