Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations for expatriate and local personnel across offshore and onshore sites.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions: sourcing, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Coordinate with project and operations managers to assess staffing needs and deployment timelines.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies in each country of operation (Mauritius, Angola, Chad).
Monitor assignments, contract renewals, and workforce mobilization plans.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of open positions, staffing progress, and key HR indicators.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management and international recruitment.
Strong understanding of the oil & gas or offshore industry preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in both French and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
