He/She is responsible for working with HRM and Head of Retail to establish and execute competitive and best in class HR Standards. Provide full range of HR Services to support the achievement of business target
Key Accountabilities
- Assisting the recruitment/induction process
- Identify training needs and recommend relevant courses / training
- Support the release of training programs in the Shops
- Support in the annual budgets & forecasts planning
- Monthly reporting follow-up (workforce, costs…)
-Schedules management and Ratios (budget hours according to turnover, productivity, absenteeism and lateness control, etc.).
-Staff expenses: controlling monthly personnel expenses and budgets for each shop
-Follow up of shop staff planning and rosters
-Assure that retail/HR processes and tools are implemented in every Shop (Recruiting tools, Performance Management, Incentives scheme, etc.)
- Provide performance management guidance and support in annual performance appraisal
- Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention
- Make shop visits
Qualifications & Competencies
-At least 3 years experience in Human Resources Department
-Degree in HR Management
-Team Player
-Fluent in English and French
-Communication and interpersonal Skills
-Dynamic, rigorous, organized
-Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
-Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
-Flexibility
-Driving License (will be an advantage
