KNOWLEDGE
1. Involved in recruitment and maintenance of HR files and contracts.
2. Experience in expat management recruitment and process will be an advantage.
3. Well acquainted with HR processes and practices.
4. Sound knowledge of IR and ERA.
5. Experience in policies and procedures drafting.
6. Assist in welfare activities.
7. Sound undestanding of performance mgt systems and implementation.
8. Knowledge in payroll process.
REQUIREMENT
1. Degree in HRM.
2. 2-3 years experience in the same position.
3. Conversant in Sicorax HR and payroll.
4. Excellent command of English and French both written and spoken.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communition skills.
6. Autonomous,proactive, well organized and result driven.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
