This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, payroll support, training, and workforce reporting. The role also manages expatriate employees (permits, accommodation, welfare) and promotes a safe, ethical, and productive workplace.
Summary – Human Resources Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and ethical hiring practices in line with ILO standards
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS/ERP systems
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and performance management
Manage expatriate workforce matters, including permits, accommodation, welfare, and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and standards
Coordinate training, skills development, and career development initiatives
Support payroll accuracy, attendance tracking, and performance-based records
Promote workplace health, safety, and employee welfare
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics to support management planning and decisions
