Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is looking for an experienced HR Officer.
DUTIES
- Support the design and delivery of a clear resourcing strategy and process
- Effective end to end management of all roles from initial brief through to successful recruitment & onboarding.
- Planning & conducting interviews proactively , doing reference checks, making offers and drafting of contract of employment .
- Preparing induction plans
- Booking of expat tickets
- Familiar and experienced in expat permit process with all local authorities
- Co-ordinate feedback to candidates and third parties, and manage the process through to offer or rejection stage alongside the Head of HR.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience for all
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures
- Managing the expat lodging
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Organise and participate in job fairs and career events as and when required
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, Hotel Schools and other partners
- Hitting targets to push the Hotel's recruiting performance forward
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as HR Officer for at least 2 years’ experience
- Hands-on experience with HR and recruitment databases
- Bachelor's degree in Management , HR or equivalent experience
- Experience working with resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
- Experience building and executing recruiting strategy
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Continuously innovate, improve processes and procedures
