To lead the HR and Admin functions with overall responsibility of embedding and managing best industry practices for the function. Maintain a healthy working environment in terms of people development, learning and growth whilst ensuring compliance to legislations and adherence to company policies.
Main Duties:
Recruitment, Selection and Retention as well as Termination
Good knowledge of recruitment of expatriate labour (Work permit/ Occupational Permit/ Residence Permit).
Mobilisation and induction of new employees
Handle recruitment through the Youth Empowerment programme.
Responsible for renewal of all permits under the name of the company.
Salary,Compensations and benefits.
Prepare monthly payroll.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and KPI's.
Implement Performance Appraisal together with Head of Department.
Advise HOD's on HR issues and Employment laws.
Staff welfare and counselling.
Ensure that HR policies and Procedure and company policies are adhered across the organization.
Work in collaboration with the Health & safety Officer to ensure that all OSHA regulations be complied with.
Any other cognate duties.

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills and positive attitude.
Good knowledge of Mauritian Labour Laws (ERA 2008 and OSHA) and Renumeration Order
for Factory Employees.
Knowledge of Sicorax Software.
Capable of meeting deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure.
