The job incumbent shall work in close collaboration with the Head of HR and participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource Management strategies and deliver results as per the Human Resource Business Plan approved by the board.
Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory obligations.
Maintain and update HR records and reporting systems.
Drive employee engagement, training initiatives, and team-building activities.
Support management with workforce planning and HR analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll management; proficiency in Sicorax HRMS is strongly preferred.
